About
I’m Dr. Victoria Russell-Akselberg, founder of Akselberg Aesthetics. I trained and worked as an NHS surgeon in London, with experience across plastics and reconstructive surgery, general surgery, and breast oncoplastic surgery. Since 2018, I’ve brought that surgical precision and deep understanding of facial anatomy into aesthetic medicine, focusing on safe, refined facial rejuvenation and natural-looking results.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m a trainer at Harley Academy, teaching medical aesthetics to other healthcare professionals.
